Canning workshop

Canning plant started operating in April 2013 and thus completed the establishment of a full production cycle – from growing mushrooms till its processing.
Modern production line for processing mushrooms incorporates fully automatic autoclave of known leader in this field – company “LAGARDE”. This gives an opportunity to minimize human involvement in the process of sterilization and to improve the quality of final product.
Production capacity allows producing products in various packaging, starting from jar 314 ml and ending with 3 l packaging.
