These mushrooms are available all year round, it’s a pleasure to cook with them, there’s no need to boil in advance as other wild mushrooms. There’s a need to follow some rules while cooking champignons: better not to wash mushrooms, otherwise they will juice; it’s better to clean the skin, if mushrooms are too dirty; champignons, unlike many other mushrooms can be eaten raw, they can also be added to salads; to make dish more flavored, the champignons should be fried with onion.
