Fried rice with beans, chicken and mushrooms

It’s fast and useful dish for the whole family. It will be more useful if cooking with brown or wild rice.

Serves: 4
• 500 g of chicken fillet with skin
• 250 g of coarsely chopped green beans
• 200 g of mushrooms (champignons)
• 1 tbsp of olive oil
• 2 cloves of garlic
• salt and pepper

Cooking Method
Preparation: 10min> Cooking: 15min> Total time: 25min
1. 1/ 2 cup of rice pour with 1 cup of water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 10-15 minutes with the lid until cooked and full of water absorption.
2. Cut chicken with the skin in small pieces. Fry the chicken on a heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown. The skin contains fat already, so you can cook without oil if putting pieces skin side down.
3. Add green beans and finely chopped mushrooms to the pan. Pour a spoonful of oil. 4. Fry for 5 minutes, add the finely chopped garlic. Mix with prepared rice. Add salt and pepper and cook for a few minutes until the rice is warmed up properly.
If you boil rice in advance and refrigerate (or use leftover of yesterday rice), after frying it will be more ruddy and crisp.
