Rice with mushrooms
It’s rice with mushrooms and garlic. You can do it with white or brown rice; you can even try the wild rice, which is very well combined with mushrooms. Mushrooms can be fried in butter or vegetable oil.

• 6 champignons
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 arrow of green onion
• 2 cups of chicken or mushroom bouillon
• 1 cup of white rice
• butter (or vegetable oil)
• parsley
• salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

1. Chop mushrooms coarsely, chop garlic and onions.
2. Melt butter in the bottom of the pan at medium heat (or heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil). Stew mushrooms, garlic and green onion in butter until the liquid is being evaporated. Pour the chicken bouillon, add the rice. Season with parsley, salt and pepper. Reduce heat, cover with cap and cook for 20 minutes.
