Salad of hearts with mushrooms and cheese
It’s delicious salad with simple ingredients. It consists of chicken hearts, champignons, cheese, onions, garlic and mayonnaise.
Ingredients

• 250 g of chicken hearts
• 250 g of champignons
• 1 onion
• 200 grams of cheese
• 1 clove of garlic
• 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
• salt and pepper
• 2 tbsp of butter

Cooking Method
Preparation: 15min> Cooking: 5min> Total time: 20min
1. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Finely chop the onion and fry until transparent for a few minutes.
2. Add chicken hearts to the chopped onion (it’s better to cut lengthwise into 4 parts). Roast hearts for about 10-15 minutes.
3. Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Slice the mushrooms. Squeeze the garlic.
4. Add mushrooms to fried onion and hearts. Fry for a few minutes. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
5. Mix the grated cheese, garlic, mushrooms and fried onions with the heart. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
